What I’m not liking

I haven’t learned anything lately so I thought I’d rather share things that I don’t like or I’m not enjoying.

The continued coverage of Jon Goselin, while I try not to take sides in psuedo-z list celebrity wars I can’t help but want to drive a screw driver into my ear whenever his name is mentioned. I don’t feel sorry for him nor his estranged wife because I don’t approve of ANYONE procreating to the point where they have THAT many children. so about 10 things to hate right there.

The New York Yankees, Yankees fans, their continued sense of smugness (both Yankees and their fans) enough said I just don’t like either of the two.

The Fox News channel and their completely BS so-called fair and balanced act, many people seem to be fooled and that’s quite unfortunate. When you claim to be non-partisan and you OPENLY tell you’re readers/viewers HOW to take part in tea-party demonstrations you are CLEARLY picking a side, in that same vein I highly doubt that they (or their local affiliates) wouldn’t dare tell their viewers were to go to a healthcare rally but would probably tell them which rally they can take a Kalashnikov to.

 

I was just thinking

I figured while I was on the subject of Cuba I’d take a minute to write about something that I’ve noticed for the past few years. Something that irks me is Ernesto “Che” Guevara’s face emblazoned on t-shirts and being glorified by people like Rage Against The Machine. Please don’t fool yourselves, DO some research, That man was a killer. He wasn’t a good person, he didn’t have the best of intentions when he involved himself with Fidel Castro’s campaign to seize control of Cuba. They murdered their way across Cuba and took land and property that belonged to decent people who did nothing wrong. Castro and Guevara were opportunists who murdered people, I keep reiterating that point because I have family who died during the revolution. So next time you’re at Hot Topic or listening to Rage, THINK!! And take off that stupid t-shirt, the man was a killer

Dane Cook

Dane Cook should be dragged into a public area and shot. He’s way too over rated. He’s not funny, he’s just manic and loud. He acts like he’s jonesing for a crystal meth fix, that was probably funny in 2003 Dane. What absolutely kills me is that he’s cast in movies, not only in comedies but he was in a Kevin Costner movie. OMG Dane, go away.

Sunday…

My sundays usually start off quite peaceful. Aside from a bizarre dream, today was no different. Got to work in the morning… the dept of transportation closed down a railroad crossing to the southern boarder of my working area. This would have been acceptable except for the fact that a 79 year old bitty cant read to save her life so they detour off into my work area thinking that they can cross to get back to the major highway.

After a while I had to get loud and usher them away. Feels bad for Karma though… but still all those signs announcing the Flea Market and announcing that its a PAY parking lot are quite large.
